Leave the proper space on your mail piece design for addressing and barcode automation.
The USPS has rigid guidelines regarding placement of address blocks and barcodes on direct mail pieces. To qualify for the lowest automated postage rates available, Accuprint requires a minimum clear address area of 3.75"x2".
Mailing Permit (Indicia) Downloads
Accuprint allows our mailing services customers to use our indicia for their mailings if they do not have their own. These permits can be downloaded and incorporated into client supplied design layouts when they choose to have Accuprint handle the mailing services associated with their print jobs.
These permits cannot be used by outside organizations without Accuprint's authorization, and doing so is a violation of U.S. Postal regulations and laws and will be prosecuted accordingly.
